We build both 2-wheel and 4-wheel (360° spinner) trolleys, with retractable aluminium trolley handles and reinforced corners. Wheels and handles are the highest-wear parts, so we specify tested components and can upgrade the grade on request.

Yes. We make cabin sizes (around 20″/55 cm) and larger 24″/28″ check-in trolleys. Cabin dimensions can be built to common Indian carrier limits — tell us your target airline and we cut to that spec.

Yes, in-house — screen print, heat transfer, metal badges, embroidered or woven labels on soft panels, plus body colour matching to your shade card. We advise placement that survives handling and travel.

Yes. We make a pre-production sample with your branding and spec for approval, and the sample cost is adjusted against the confirmed order. Bulk starts only after you sign off.

About 7-10 days from approved sample and confirmed materials, with sampling before that. For components like specific wheels or handles we will flag any extra sourcing time at quotation so your date is realistic.

We produce soft-side trolleys in ballistic/1680D polyester and nylon, and can supply hard-shell (ABS/PC) bodies to specification. You choose shell type, lining, zips and hardware to balance weight, protection and cost.
