Travel Formats We Manufacture

Twelve Formats for the Whole Trip.

Travel is a use case, not one product. Wheeled cases sit with our trolley bags and frameless holdalls with our duffles — this page covers cabin bags, organisers and the accessories that complete a branded travel kit.

Cabin Holdalls

Soft carry-on bags built to the cabin dimension you have to meet.

Garment Bags & Suit Carriers

Fold-over carriers with hanger bars for conference and sales travel.

Packing Cubes & Organisers

Graded cube sets that turn one bag into a sorted packing system.

Foldable & Packable Bags

Ripstop bags that stuff into their own pocket — ship flat, gift light.

Shoe & Laundry Bags

Ventilated shoe pouches and drawstring laundry bags for kit inclusion.

Document & Passport Organisers

Travel wallets with passport, boarding pass and card slots.

Group Tour & Pilgrimage Kits

Matched bags for tour groups, sponsor-branded and numbered per traveller.

Hotel & Hospitality Guest Bags

In-room and guest-gifting bags in property colours.

Travel Duffles

Soft frameless holdalls, 35–60L — part of our duffle range.

Wheeled Travel Cases

Anything on a telescopic handle sits with our trolley bags.

Cabin Travel Backpacks

Carry-on volume backpacks with clamshell opening.

Toiletry & Dopp Kits

Wipe-clean wash bags, hanging kits and amenity pouches.

Sell the Kit, Not the Bag

Five Pieces Make a Travel Kit.

A branded bag is a gift. A branded kit is remembered, and it costs far less to upgrade than most buyers expect — cubes, pouches and drawstring bags use very little material but change how the whole package is received. For tour operators and gifting programmes this is usually the difference between a forgettable inclusion and one travellers mention.

01

The Main Bag

Cabin holdall, duffle or backpack. Carries the branding and sets the perceived value of the whole kit.

Largest share of unit cost
02

Packing Cubes

Two or three graded cubes. Low material cost, high perceived usefulness — the cheapest way to lift a kit from bag to system.

Best value add per rupee
03

Toiletry Kit

Wipe-clean lining, hanging hook. The item travellers keep using long after the trip, so branding earns repeat impressions.

Longest brand exposure
04

Shoe & Laundry Bags

Two drawstring bags at minimal cost. Solves the one problem every traveller actually complains about.

Lowest cost inclusion
05

Document Organiser

Passport, boarding pass and card slots. Essential for tour groups where the operator manages documents in bulk.

Highest utility on group tours
Technical Specification

What You Can Specify.

Travel goods are judged on the second trip, not the first — zips, seams and strap anchors are what fail once a bag has been checked in a few times. This is the full range we build to.

Formats & capacityCabin holdalls roughly 30–45L, check-in soft bags 55–80L, garment carriers, and organiser sets built to your dimensions in mm.
Cabin complianceCarry-on limits vary by airline and change without notice — commonly around 55 × 35 × 25 cm with weight limits from 7 kg upwards. Send the airline or the exact limit and we build to that dimension rather than to an inch label.
Materials600D / 900D / 1680D polyester, ripstop nylon for packable builds, canvas, cotton, PU & vegan leather, tarpaulin for field-grade travel.
PackabilityRipstop bodies that fold into a self-stuff pocket or matching pouch — light to gift and dramatically cheaper to freight.
CompartmentsWet pocket, ventilated shoe compartment, garment section with hanger bar, document pocket, RFID-blocking card slots.
Straps & handlesDetachable padded shoulder strap, webbing handles with wrap grip, stowable backpack straps, rear trolley pass-through sleeve.
Packing cube setsTypically three graded sizes with mesh tops, colour-coded or numbered, supplied loose or nested inside the main bag.
SecurityLockable sliders, combination locks, anti-theft zip chains, concealed pockets and RFID-blocking document sections.
BrandingScreen print, sublimation, heat transfer, embroidery, woven label, metal or moulded logo plate — plus tour names and per-traveller numbering.
Kit assemblyWe assemble the full kit — main bag, cubes, toiletry kit, shoe and laundry bags, document organiser — and pack it as one unit per traveller.
Packing & freightPoly bag per piece, sequentially labelled kit boxes, and flat-packed or compressed cartons where the build allows it.
DocumentationGST invoice, e-way bill, packing list and export documentation for international consignments.
Commercial Terms

MOQ, Kit Assembly, Seasons & Freight

Order Quantity

No fixed MOQ. Pilot batches for a new kit design, and high-volume runs for tour seasons or annual gifting. Quote the kit as a unit and ask for two or three quantity bands so the break is visible.

Kit Assembly Per Traveller

We assemble the components and pack one labelled box per traveller, numbered or named if you send the manifest. Your team hands out boxes instead of collating pieces at a departure point.

Season and Departure Dates

Tour seasons and departure dates do not move. We schedule backwards from your first departure — artwork lock, sampling, bulk, assembly — and tell you the last safe date to confirm.

Freight on Packable Builds

Ripstop packable bags ship at a fraction of the volume of a structured bag. On large gifting orders the freight difference frequently outweighs the per-unit price gap between the two builds.

Ten Lines That Get You a Firm Price

Tell us whether you are buying a bag or a kit before anything else. It changes the costing structure entirely, and a kit is usually cheaper to upgrade into than buyers assume.

Why Buyers Stay

Built Like a Supplier You Can Re-Order From.

Travel programmes repeat every season and the same operators reorder for years. These are the reasons they stay.

We Assemble the Kit, You Hand It Out

Components collated, numbered and boxed per traveller here — not shipped loose for your staff to sort at a departure point.

We Cost the Kit Both Ways

You will see the bag-only price and the full-kit price, so the upgrade decision is made on numbers rather than a guess.

Freight Factored Into the Recommendation

Packable builds ship at a fraction of the volume. We tell you what that does to your landed cost, not just your unit cost.

Our Own Production Line

Cutting, stitching, printing and QC in house — and the accessory pieces made on the same floor, so the kit matches in shade and finish.

Season-to-Season Consistency

Approved samples and shade references retained, so next season's departure kit matches the one your repeat travellers already own.

One Point of Contact

The same person handles your quote, sample, production update and dispatch — no handovers mid-season.

Client Stories

Travel Orders We've Shipped

Rated 5 out of 5
Kits for 900 travellers across a season — bag, two cubes, toiletry kit and a document wallet, boxed and numbered per person. Our ground staff stopped collating anything.
Rahul Mehta
Head of Operations, Tour Operator
Rated 5 out of 5
They showed us the bag-only price against the full-kit price. The kit came in barely higher and our post-trip feedback scores moved noticeably.
Sneha Kulkarni
Manager, Corporate Incentive Travel
Rated 5 out of 5
We switched to a packable ripstop build on their recommendation. Same gifting impact, and our freight bill for the season dropped by more than the unit saving would have been.

FAQ

Travel Sourcing Questions

It varies by airline and changes without notice — commonly around 55 × 35 × 25 cm including handles, with weight limits from 7 kg upwards. Do not rely on an inch label. Send us the airline or the exact limit you must meet and we build the bag to that dimension.

Duffles are soft, frameless sports and weekend bags. Trolleys are anything on wheels with a telescopic handle. This page covers cabin holdalls, garment carriers, packing organisers and the accessory pieces that make up a travel kit. We manufacture all three — the split just keeps each specification clear.

Less than most buyers expect. Cubes, shoe bags and laundry bags use very little material, so the incremental cost is small relative to the perceived upgrade. Ask us to quote bag-only and full-kit side by side and decide on the numbers.

Yes. We collate the components, apply names or numbers from your manifest, and pack one labelled box per traveller. Your ground staff distribute boxes rather than collating pieces at a departure point.

Ripstop nylon bags that fold into their own pocket. They are light to gift, easy to post, and ship at a fraction of the volume of a structured bag — which on a large order often saves more in freight than the difference in unit price.

That is a common brief. Same fabric and colourway across the group, operator or sponsor branding, and sequential numbering so bags are identifiable at pickup points and coaches.

There is no fixed MOQ. Pilot batches and full-season volumes both work. Quantity affects per-unit cost, so ask for pricing across two or three bands and compare.

Work backwards from your first departure and allow for artwork approval, sampling, bulk production and kit assembly. Assembly is the step most operators forget to budget time for. Tell us the departure date and we will give you the last safe date to confirm.
