Yes, and the branding is done in-house: screen print, sublimation (polyester only), heat transfer, embroidery or woven label. Custom colours, size, panel layout and branded zip pullers to your brief. Because printing, embroidery and finishing all happen at our own unit, logo colour and placement stay identical across the full order and across repeat orders.
Yes. Size, colour, material grade and internal layout are all open, because this is made-to-order production and not a catalogue item. The current working spec is 68 cm check-in size; approx. 70-80L, with main clamshell compartment, mesh divider, twin front pockets. Send a reference image or drawing and we will sample to it.
Production runs 7-10 days from approved sample and materials. Sampling comes before that. We make a sample to your design and adjust the sample cost against the confirmed order. If you are working to an event or season, share the date at enquiry stage so we can schedule backwards from it.
Yes. We retain the approved sample and the pattern, so a repeat order is run against the same standard rather than re-interpreted. This matters most for uniform programmes and phased rollouts where deliveries months apart still have to match.
