Bag Manufacturers in Mumbai — Our Full Product Range
Everything below is manufactured on our own floor in Sion, Mumbai — cut, stitched, branded, inspected and packed by us rather than bought in and resold. Each category page carries its own specification detail, commercial terms and the questions worth asking before you buy.
Four Ways to Find What You Need.
Buyers arrive at a manufacturer from four different directions, and being asked “which product?” when you only know the budget is a waste of everyone’s time. Whichever of these you have, it is enough to start.
You Know the Bag
You need backpacks, or laptop bags, or trolleys. Go straight to the category and read the specification.
Start with the grid belowYou Know the Fabric
Your brief specifies leather, jute, canvas or a fabric grade. The material table shows what each is genuinely good for.
Best for tender specificationsYou Know the Use
Corporate gifting, school supply, food delivery, private label. Start from the job and we will point you at the right builds.
Best when the product is openYou Know the Number
You have a cost per unit and a headcount and nothing else. That is a perfectly good place to start — often the best one.
Send the number, we proposeAll Fifteen Categories.
Each page covers construction, materials, commercial terms, what to send with an enquiry, and the failure points worth knowing about before you commit to a run.

Eight Materials, and What Each Is For.
If your brief or tender specifies a fabric, start here. Grade matters as much as material — two polyester bags can differ substantially in cost and life because of denier alone, so ask every supplier to state it.
| Polyester600D / 900D / 1680D | The workhorse. Cheap, strong, prints well, available in any colour. Denier number is the grade — always ask which one is quoted. | Backpacks · Laptop Bags · School Bags · Duffle Bags |
|---|---|---|
| NylonBallistic & ripstop | Stronger and lighter than polyester for the same weight, and more expensive. Ripstop is the material for packable travel bags. | Trolley Bags · Travel Bags · Delivery Bags |
| CanvasCotton canvas, 6–12 oz | Natural, washable, dyeable and prints cleanly. Ounce weight decides sturdiness. Reads more premium than polyester at retail. | Jute Bags · Ladies Bags · Office Bags |
| CottonWoven, organic, recycled | Softer than canvas, ideal for pouches, drawstrings and linings. Organic and recycled grades sourceable with certification. | Cosmetic Bags & Pouches · Jute Bags |
| JuteHessian, laminated, juco | Plant fibre, biodegradable unlaminated. Lamination adds water resistance and print quality but changes what you can claim. | Jute Bags · Corporate Gifts Items |
| PU & Vegan LeatherCoated, embossed | Consistent batch to batch, animal-free, lower cost than hide. Takes deboss, foil and laser cleanly. The volume gifting material. | Leather Bags · Ladies Bags · Office Bags |
| Genuine LeatherFull-grain to split | Grade is everything, and “genuine leather” is a legal description rather than a quality claim. We name the grade on every quotation. | Leather Bags · Corporate Gifts Items |
| NeopreneFoam-laminated | Cushioned and water-resistant with a stretch fit. Best for device sleeves and protective pouches rather than structured bags. | Laptop Bags · Cosmetic Bags & Pouches |

What Applies to Every Order.
These terms are the same across all fifteen categories, so they are stated once here rather than fifteen times — including the parts where the answer is no.
| Minimum order | No fixed MOQ in any category. Pilot batches for validation through to high-volume OEM and institutional runs. Quantity affects per-unit cost, so ask for two or three bands. |
|---|---|
| Development | From a sketch, a tech pack, a competitor sample or just a target cost per piece. Pattern making and costing in house. |
| Sampling | Pre-production sample built to your exact specification with your branding, for written sign-off before bulk. Always, on custom work. |
| Branding | Screen print, sublimation, heat transfer, embroidery, rubber & silicone patch, woven and metal labels, deboss and foil — all in house. |
| Per-unit personalisation | Individual names, numbers or employee IDs applied from your roster, with each unit labelled for distribution. |
| Quality control | Fabric check on intake, in-line checks during stitching, final inspection against the approved sample, packing audit before dispatch. |
| Colour matching | Pantone-referenced on bulk runs, with references retained so repeat orders and top-ups match the first batch. |
| Packing | Bulk cartons, poly bag per unit, retail hangtags and barcodes, kit assembly, class-wise or site-wise cartons, or addressed dispatch per recipient. |
| Delivery | Direct across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai; pan-India freight on bulk; export consignments worldwide. |
| Documentation | GST invoicing, purchase order and rate-contract supply, e-way bills, packing lists, tender evaluation samples and export documentation. |
| What we don't make | Hard-shell moulded luggage, drinkware, diaries, stationery and electronics. We will assemble those into a kit — we will not claim to manufacture them. |
| Response time | Usually the same or next business day, with costed options rather than a single figure. |
Buyers Who Started Here
Tell Us the Product, the Budget or the Job.
Any one of the three is enough to get a costed answer. You will normally hear back the same or next business day.
Choosing a Category
With the budget. Send the cost per unit and the quantity and we will propose two or three options across whichever categories fit — usually one at your number, one below and one slightly above. Starting from a number is faster than starting from a product you are unsure about.
Yes — cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery, inspection and packing are all on our own floor in Sion, Mumbai. The exceptions are stated plainly: we do not mould hard-shell luggage, and we do not manufacture drinkware, diaries, stationery or electronics. Those we will assemble into a kit, not claim to make.
That is common, and it is usually cheaper. Matching pouches cut from the same fabric roll as a bag order cost far less than a separate run, and shade references stay consistent across the whole programme rather than drifting between suppliers.
No fixed MOQ in any category. Quantity does affect per-unit cost, and a few categories carry structural minimums — components on trolleys, fabric printing for all-over sublimation, whole hides on leather. We will tell you where those apply rather than quoting around them.
Ask both suppliers to state the same four things: fabric grade or denier, lining material, hardware specification and branding method. Most price gaps in this trade disappear once those are on the table, and the ones that remain are usually explained by something you would rather know about now.
Send the physical sample. We assess grade, construction and hardware, confirm what we can match exactly and flag where we would recommend a change — before quoting. It tells us more in five minutes than a specification does in an hour.
We deliver directly across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai, ship pan-India for bulk orders, and support exporters and buying houses with the documentation their consignments require.
Usually the same or next business day. If something essential is missing we ask for it in one message rather than three, and where possible we quote options so you are choosing rather than accepting.
