We produce a pre-production sample with your logo and exact specification for written sign-off before bulk begins. Sample cost is quoted upfront and is commonly adjusted against a confirmed bulk order.
Quoted in writing once the sample is approved, and driven by quantity, fabric availability and branding method. Sublimation and embroidery add time; stock fabric with screen print is fastest.

Screen print is most economical on flat polyester panels. Embroidery and rubber patches read as more premium for gifting. Full-surface prints need sublimation, which requires polyester and adds to lead time.
