Generally two to four hours, depending on insulation thickness, fill level and ambient temperature. We specify foam thickness and lining against your actual use, because a school lunch bag and a tiffin-service carrier need very different insulation grades, and both are quoted separately.
Yes. Samples are made to your own design and specification, and the sample cost is adjusted against your confirmed order. The approved sample then becomes the production standard, so a large run stays consistent from the first carton to the last.
Individually poly-bagged and master-cartoned as standard, with carton quantity set to suit your warehouse or distribution flow. Custom packing such as printed poly bags, branded boxes, kit-wise pre-packing or location-wise sorting can be quoted with the order.
