Yes, this is the single most useful thing to specify. Send the dimensions of the crate, parcel profile or container you carry, and we will build the internal bay around it so nothing shifts in transit. Fitment is confirmed on a physical sample before any bulk run.
Production runs 7-10 days from approved sample and materials. Sampling comes before that. We make a sample to your design and adjust the sample cost against the confirmed order. If you are working to an event or season, share the date at enquiry stage so we can schedule backwards from it.
Individually poly-bagged and master-cartoned as standard, with carton quantity set to suit your warehouse or distribution flow. Custom packing such as printed poly bags, branded boxes, kit-wise pre-packing or location-wise sorting can be quoted with the order.
