PU-coated polyester with wipe-clean outer, with aluminium-foil or PEVA lining over 10-12 mm EPE foam. This is our working default rather than a fixed spec. You can call for a heavier or lighter grade, and we will quote each option separately so you can weigh unit cost against expected bag life.
MOQ depends on the fabric, colourway and branding method you choose. This line runs as custom OEM production runs built to your specification, and mixed sizes or colours within a single order are usually workable. Share your quantity and spec on WhatsApp and we will confirm the exact MOQ and price against your requirement.
Yes. We retain the approved sample and the pattern, so a repeat order is run against the same standard rather than re-interpreted. This matters most for uniform programmes and phased rollouts where deliveries months apart still have to match.
